สำนวนนี้หมายถึง ชีวิตที่เต็มไปด้วยความสุขความสบายการได้อยู่ในสถานะที่สะดวกสบาย ไม่ต้องลำบากแต่อย่างใด หรือแปลว่า โรยด้วยกลีบกุหลาบ นั่นเองค่ะ
Ex. Life is not a bed of roses. You have to fight and tolerate to get what you want.
(ชีวิตไม่ได้โรยไปด้วยกลีบกุหลาบหรอกนะ คุณต้องฝ่าฟันและอดทนเพื่อให้ได้ในสิ่งที่ต้องการ)
